I was approached by the owner of Fire Element Fireplaces to create a mantle and surround for a fireplace. The fireplace could have combustible materials like wood right up to the glass, and the owner felt my style would highlight the technical aspects along with the aesthetics of a fireplace. I designed the mantle and showed him renderings which he instantly approved.
